Tai Chi

Tai Chi Chuan is an ancient form of martial arts from China. It's characteristic slow, graceful, and rhythmic movements are designed to dissolve your body's tension and move your mind into stillness and silence. It is an ideal antidote for today's high stress life style.

It enables you to rediscover the calmness, poise, grace, and stillness we have lost since our childhood. Tai Chi is meditation in motion and when combined with sitting meditation it is a powerful fusion that brings your spiritual quest into a higher plane of being.

It is one of the most profound ways to bring your mind into the present, and transport your body into the zone of peak experience or flow.

PTCM rejuvenates
the body and brings profound stillness to the mind through meditation in motion
