Ron Mohl

We are all spiritual beings having a human existence.  But we have forgotten how to connect on a level that is a natural part of living.

Ron Mohl developed Progressive Meditation to enable individuals to accomplish their goals.  Since Ron has been a left brain thinker all of his life, it took much longer to understand and sharpen his spiritual connection using meditation. 

Ron developed this process by using visualization techniques taught to him by sales managers he worked with in the late 60’s and early 70’s.  Ron realized that goals that had followed a series of steps combined with his practice of meditation came to fruition a lot easier and quicker than the goals that had not been place through this process. That is when he became convinced that there is power in meditation.

Ron is currently devoting his full time efforts in teaching the process and techniques called Progressive Meditation. There is no doubt in Ron’s mind that when more people begin to work together with a concerted effort of mindfulness, especially in the corporate world, a universal healing process will take place. Businesses with become stronger and more profitable by using a win, win, win mindset. Individuals with be happier and healthier.

Some of the positive result from using meditation is inner peace, improved energy, restfulness, mental clarity, just to name a few. And when we improve individually, so does everything around us; from our interpersonal relationships with family, friend, and foe.

Michael Ngan

Michael has been an avid student of Tai Chi, meditation, Shaolin
Kungfu, Qigong, Yi Ching, Taoism, Confucianism for more than ten
years. He first started with Transcendental Meditation and then began studying Shaolin Kungfu at Dennis Brown Wushu Academy in 2002. He is currently writing a book called "Divine Destiny: An Interview with God".

Michael has taken on the role of Tai Chi instructor to help students maximize their meditation practices. Monthly workshops are currently being held in the Metro Washington DC area.
